His entrepreneur expertise brought him back to his native land in 1986 and his keen interested in the field of Industrial Safety Leather Products (PPE) inspired him to set up Index Safety Products Pvt. Ltd. in 1990. His strict vigilance over the quality control and in-depth knowledge of the global consumer behavior has helped his Company become a well-known name in the European market.

He is now deeply involved with the Index Safety Products Pvt. Ltd. in departments that include Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Logistics and Production Control. Mr. Ghosh’s knowledge of the contemporary trends affecting the leather industry and his constant and innovative approach towards implementing the same has proved to have worked in favour of the Company.
